Chocolate + Cocktails...a secret love affair
Molecular gastronomy has officially met the cocktail.
Join Vosges Haut-Chocolat and rnowned Chicago mixologist John Kinder for an exclusive guided tasting of Vosges exotic chocolate confections paired with custom "culinary cocktails." Beginning with the classic ingredients — single malt Scotch, port, rum, tequila and bourbon — and then adding fusions and tinctures of aromatic agave nectar, a gastrique of balsalmic vinegar, port and Campari; goji berry syrup, sugar snap peas and more, all paired with chocolate. Your August culinary thrill awaits.
