SAKE + CHOCOLATE TASTING SOIRÉE

How well do you know your sake? There are about 10,000 different types of sake produced in Japan, ranging from bone dry to fruity and sweet. Yet the quest to find interesting, quality sakes can be tricky. Vosges researched the major categories of sake, delving deep with a mission to unearth an impressive variety of sakes to suit all palates. Paired with Exotic Chocolates, nothing could be better!

The Highlight: Ume Shu Junmai Daiginjo sake + Sale del Mare Exotic Truffle
This premium ume-shu (plum flavored sake) is made by soaking the locally-grown "koshino Ume" plum in Kaku-rei Junmai Daiginjo sake for three months.
