- 1 tbs Hibiscus Simple Syrup
- To taste Piper-Heidsieck Rose Sauvage

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbs Organic Hibiscus powder
Lemon Simple Syrup
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/2 tbs lemon zest

- 1. Combine Hibiscus powder and sugar in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
- 2. Bring water to a boil. Pour over Hibiscus sugar mixture. Cool and serve.
Lemon Simple Syrup
- 1. Combine lemon zest and sugar in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
- 2. Bring water to a boil. Pour over lemon sugar mixture.
- 3. Cool, strain and serve.
