  • 1 tbs Hibiscus Simple Syrup
  • To taste Piper-Heidsieck Rose Sauvage

Hibiscus Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbs Organic Hibiscus powder

Lemon Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 1/2 tbs lemon zest

Hibiscus Simple Syrup
  • 1. Combine Hibiscus powder and sugar in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
  • 2. Bring water to a boil. Pour over Hibiscus sugar mixture. Cool and serve.

Lemon Simple Syrup
  • 1. Combine lemon zest and sugar in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
  • 2. Bring water to a boil. Pour over lemon sugar mixture.
  • 3. Cool, strain and serve.
