The Oaxacan Cocktail
  • 1 1/2 oz tequila
  • 1/2 oz Los Amantes Joven Mezcal
  • 1 tsp Amber Agave Nectar
  • Dash of Angostura bitters
  • 1 1/2 tbs Guajillo + Chipotle Chili Super Dark Chocolate Bar syrup (see recipe below)
  • Blood Orange twist

The Oaxacan Cocktail
Guajillo + Chipotle Chili Super Dark Chocolate Bar Syrup
  • 1. Boil water and sugar. Set aside to cool.
  • 2. Temper or gently melt chocolate bar.
  • 3. Slowly pour syrup over chocolate constantly whisking so you create a nice emulsion and all is well combined and smooth.
