Mo's Bacon Chocolate Chip Pancake Mix: Buttermilk pancakes spotted with chunks of Mo's Bacon Bar, which combines hickory smoked bacon and Alderwood smoke salt with deep milk chocolate. Two batches per container, each batch yields approximately 8, 5–inch pancakes.

Mo's Milk & Dark Chocolate Bacon Candy Bars Sulfite-free hickory smoked bacon is baked in small batches before we hand chop it into fine nibbles and combine with 62% dark or 45% deep milk chocolate. Alderwood smoked salt exudes a campfire aroma and perfectly offsets the sweetness of the chocolate.
