Last spring, Katrina fell in love with the Santa Monica Farmer's Market. The fresh herbs, succulent citrus fruits, and vibrantly colored edible flowers instantly sparked her imagination. After taking a bite out of a juicy Clementine, the chocolatier began thinking: What other ingredients could I combine with this sweet, almost honey-like flavor? After returning to her Chocolate Lab in Beverly Hills, Katrina began experimenting with spicy ginger, buttery toffee and zesty limes. The result: a craft-batch of Clementine & Ginger Toffee that enlivens the taste buds and awakens the senses.
