Samuel Smith's Imperial Stout is in the style of the Russian imperial stout which was originally brewed in Great Britain to satisfy the tastes of the Czar's court;the great connoisseurs of Champagne, caviar and the art of the table. Because it was transported across the freezing Baltic, Russian imperial stout was brewed with a high level of alcohol. This beer is a rich, flavorful, deep chocolate color and scented with a roasted barley nose. The complexity of malt, hops, alcohol and yeast, complement our sweet Madagascar vanilla bean marshmallow and caramel nuttiness. Consume within 14 days

DELIVERY NOTE: We cannot ship beer to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, and Utah. The magic of Beer + Chocolate began with a soirée at our Chicago Purple House. Each pairing carefully contemplated — tart and tangy Flemish Sour with balsamic vinegar and dark chocolate truffles. Tables with mini pilsners brimming with ice cold, frothy beer alongside row upon row of chocolate. After about 10 minutes, the few cynics in the room were immediately believers. When I met the Rogue rep Sebbie Buehler, whose image graces each bottle of Chocolate Stout and tried her beer, I knew I had found the perfect beer for chocolate pairing. Now, I've decided to roll out the Rogue Chocolate Stout + Caramel Marshmallows party in a portable purple gift box for all to enjoy.
