"Growing up in Indiana with Chicago just three short hours away, my mom would pack all of us up and drive to Chicago for Christmas shopping. Our first stop was always the Neiman Marcus epicure department to find our favorite treat pilled high within the glass cookie jars... Carol's Cookies. Those super dense mounds of cookie dough tufted with chocolate chips were our virtual jackpot...mmmmmmm...we couldn't get enough. Though it was a struggle to finish an entire cookie we would split and share at least four different types.

So when I wanted to create a line of cookies I humbly called my favorite cookie company, Carol's Cookies, and so it is that our own chocolate chips, Caramel Toffee and Bianca Couture Cocoa combines in their unbelievable cookie dough base. "
