Vosges Haut Chocolat introduces their signature iced drinking chocolate. Find respite from the hot gritty city streets with a flute of the iced Parisienne.

Chic Chocolatier, Katrina Markoff, began her training at the famous Culinary School, Le Cordon Bleu, in Paris. It was in this enchanted city that her passion for chocolat began...

She first experienced true Parisan 'Chocolat Chaud' during her time spent working at the Hotel Crillon in Paris. Every morning, it was her duty as stagiere (an apprentice) to make the morning brew of hot chocolate infused with orange peels, cinnamon and Tahitian vanilla bean. Thick with Valrhona chocolate and cream, this drink was a taste of pure heaven. Chocolat, Chocolat, Haut-Chocolat! In the spirit of that memory, Chef Markoff created la Parisienne, a Parisian style cocoa for those who want to bring a taste of Paris home!

Since, Markoff has created two more delicious cocoa recipes… the Bianca, a white chocolate cocoa with an aromatic citrus and floral blend and the dark, brooding Aztec Elixir, spicy and rich!

Soothe your soul with the tranquil aromas of Bianca... Pure white chocolate, bouquets of lavender flowers and hints of Australian Lemon Myrtle... The sweet, smooth, light flavor of Bianca makes it the perfect refreshment for Spring... The perfect summer time drink shaken over ice. The sweet fragrance of Lavender flowers, reminiscent of the fields in Provence, France and the hypnotic aroma of Madagascar vanilla bean will soothe the body and the mind.

Awaken your senses with the Aztec Elixir...
A powerful, spicy potion reminiscent of the aphrodisiac drink imbibed by the Aztec Indians and their most, infamous chief, Montezuma. He was said to drink the potion only from a chalice of gold before visiting his many wives! Dark chocolate infused with Ancho and Chipotle chilies, Ceylon cinnamon and thickened with maize grains. Mexican vanilla bean adds the finishing touch.... old Totonac legend tells a story of Xanat, the daughter of the Mexican fertility goddess, who loved a Totonac man. Unable to marry him, she transformed herself into the vanilla orchid, a plant that would eternally provide pleasure and happiness... We bring history full circle with this sinfully delicious and intoxicating drink!
