Coconut Ash & Banana Bar:
Taste…Press a piece of the dark chocolate against the roof of your mouth and experience the deep, roasted dried fruit aroma of 72% cacao dark chocolate. Husky, tropical notes permeate with bananas and coconut ash from Sri Lanka. While traveling through England, I first learned of the properties of coconut shell ash from a local food artisan, who mentioned indigenous people of tropical countries used it to naturally treat ailments or too much of a good thing.

Pink Salt Bar:
Taste…As the chocolate square melts, liquid caramel bursts forth releasing aromas of burnt sugar and a tang of crystal salt. These dainty pink granules are harvested from ancient sea bed deposits deep in the Himalaya Mountains of Pakistan, and are rich with 84 different minerals. I am so drawn to the belief that heating this raw, unprocessed salt can remove impurities in the air that I made pink salt crystal lights with it to illuminate my room and my children's rooms at night.

Organic Peanut Butter Bar:
Taste…My favorite organic, peanut butter is lovingly crafted in rural New York by artisans with a passion for sustainable farming. It is then speckled with bright, mineral-rich pink Himalayan salt, so prized in its native lands that festivals are conducted annually in its honor, and encased in 45% cacao organic dark milk chocolate. A sprinkle of Maldon sea salt from England is hand-scattered across the back of the bar for a subtle, satisfying crunch that accentuates the smooth nut butter.

Black Salt Bar:
Taste…The chocolate bar melts releasing a bouquet of rich burnt caramel balanced with black lava salt from Molokai Island, Hawaii where I witnessed the salt being washed. Hiwa Kai, as the natives call it, is a blend of Pacific sea salt and activated charcoal. The striking obsidian-colored salt has a silky texture and brings slight nutty, smoky flavors.

Barcelona Bar:
Taste…Dark milk chocolate melts, revealing the scent of buttery almonds, which have been smoked over Hickory wood and punctuated with Fleur de Sel from the bays of Cadiz in Spain. The salt exhibits complex, oceanic flavors prized in Atlantic coastal sea salts, which are more mineral-rich than those hailing from enclosed seas. This chocolate bar evokes memories of "my" Barcelona, the first destination in my travels, where I stopped to stage at El Bulli.

Mo's® Milk Bar:
Taste…My love of smoky and sweet evolved by dipping bacon into the syrup dripping from my chocolate chip pancakes as a child. Our bacon is smoked in New Hampshire by a 100-year old multi-generational business. We bake it in house daily before it is swirled into 45% cacao dark milk chocolate. Inhale deeply and detect the full campfire aroma imparted in Fruitwood smoked bacon and enhanced by Alderwood smoked salt.
