"This collection lies on the fulcrum between exotic and comfort. I started by experimenting with different salts in caramels but before I knew it, ingredients from Hawaii and Aboriginal Australia were swirling into the mix. Americans have always loved caramels. I suppose this collection of caramels, like our culture, has become a true melting pot."

The Crema caramel blends seamlessly with the gentle fizz of Quilmes beer, a salute to Argentina. Quilmes is a mild beer that lets the sweet caramel flavors of dulce de leche echo through. Also try the Crema with steaming Yerba Mate tea, another native to Argentina.
Munch on our Sunshine honey caramel with spice-rubbed corn on the cob. Harvested in Georgia, Tupelo trees have clusters of greenish flowers that yield berrylike fruits and a floral-tuned honey.
Savor our Maple caramel alongside steaming Canadian maple-cured bacon. True Canadian bacon is not precooked or smoked and arrives rolled in golden cornmeal. Some Americans still refer to it as peameal bacon.
Pucker up to our Tarte caramel with a tall glass of fresh blood orange juice and Campari on the rocks. Slice open a blood orange and lick the sweet-tart juice of the magenta-colored flesh.

| Truly the best in caramels! My first Vosges caramel experience was over 5 years ago and it was divine. Like the first finding of such ingenious fusions and pairings of taste. wonderful and delightful. I do believe it worked wonders in my courtship with my now-spouse! |

| Wow. Who knew one piece of chocolate could be so satisfying? I bought the caramels on the advice of the sales associate at Vosges. I am so glad I listened to her. The caramels were wonderful. I love the salt on there. |
