Champagne Love Potion #11
Make a simple syrup by heating 1/2 cup organic sugar with 1 cup of water, stir to combine. Add 3 tablespoons rose water and 1 magenta-colored rose petal plucked from the garden. Stir all the ingredients together and pour a small amount into a Champagne flute, about 1/8 up the glass. Top with your favorite brut Champagne and adorn with rose petals. Light a red candle, sip and toast to Venus. Imbibe the bubbles, each one calling for an alignment of the stars.
