While the organic blooms that inspire the names and flavors have remained the same, I often add or subtract ingredients from the mix. Two years ago I drastically altered the recipe for the purple orchid-topped bonbon. Caramelized bananas seemed to transform the flavor profile and it was agreed that it was our best truffle yet.
