Gatsby Truffle Collection / Luxe Gatsby Truffle Collection 12pc
Folklore credits an errant apprentice to the culinary genius Auguste Escoffier for pouring hot cream into a bowl of chocolate. Escoffier worked the mixture into small lopsided balls, dusted them with cocoa and was struck by the resemblance to savory French truffles. Voila!

Inspired by the famous love story of the Great Gatsby and the love of his life, Daisy, I created a collection of two decadent truffles. Rich dark chocolate swirled with bubbly brut Champagne and topped with a red rose petal completes the Gatsby truffle. The delicate Daisy truffle pairs white chocolate with pink rosé Champagne from Reims and a few drops of rose water, kissed with a pink rose petal atop.
The LUXE Gatsby Collection features our decadent Gatsby and Daisy truffles packaged in our limited edition, Lucite and pearl box. This exclusive collection was created to allure the muse of your choosing this Valentine's Day.
Includes: 8 Gatsby and 4 Daisy Champagne truffles, love notes, a Kir Royale love potion kit including a vial of pearl dust and a vial of rose water syrup and real pearls to drop in a glass of Champagne.
