Wild Ophelia & The Hunger Games: Crispy Crunchy Caramel Corn Dark Chocolate Bar
District 5: Power

Wild Ophelia has created an exclusive line of chocolate bars inspired by "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire." Wild Ophelia has carefully sourced all natural, often organic ingredients to represent each of the districts of Panem. The sun's powerful rays provide the natural energy to grow GMO-free popcorn. Green and renewable power is harnessed to heat the kernels forcing them to pop. The fresh air-popped corn is covered in buttery, caramelized sugar then swirled into dense, dark chocolate. Sweet, crispy caramelized corn provides a power-filled crunch in every bite.

As a lover of dark chocolate, I usually choose between 70% and 85%. This 70% dark bar has the perfect amount of sweetness, with a lovely hint of bitterness. I love the caramel corn, and as a girl with braces, I love that the pieces are very small and do not get stuck in your teeth as I was afraid they might. Also as a huge fan of The Hunger Games trilogy, I think this was a beautiful choice for District 5. The hint of crunch throughout the bar truly does feel like clusters of power. The packaging for these bars are also very cute, and I love the printed 'worn leather' look of the package. All over, this is one of the best bars of dark chocolate I've ever had. This is my first Wild Ophelia bar, and I eagerly await the chance to try more! 10/10, I would recommend!

Better than it sounds
Was not expecting it to be the best but actually rather loved it.
