Vosges Haut-Chocolat’s corporate offices will be closed on Monday, May 27th, in honor of Memorial Day and will resume normal operations at 9am CST on Tuesday, May 28th. For any urgent requests during that time, please contact any of our Purple House Boutiques and we will be happy to assist you from there.

Shipping chocolate can be tricky, because nobody likes melted chocolate. But we are experts at it, so rest assured your little treasures will arrive at your door safe and sound. Please familiarize yourself with our shipping rates and policies before you order:

Tuesday, June 11th by 2 pm CST - Last day for Standard Shipping for delivery by Father's Day.
Wednesday, June 12th by 2 pm CST - Last day for Express (2 Day) Shipping for delivery by Father's Day.
Thursday, June 13th by 2 pm CST - Last day for Urgent (1 Day) Shipping for delivery by Father's Day.
Friday, June 14th by 2 pm CST - Last day for Saturday Delivery by Father's Day.
Sunday, June 16th by 11 am Local Time - Last day for same-day Local Delivery on
Father's Day. Available in select cities only. Contact your local boutique for details.

2 pm CST Daily Cut-off Time
If your order was placed after 2:00 pm CST Monday-Friday, it will not be processed until the following business day.

Shipping Over the Weekend
If you are shipping a package to a warm weather destination over a weekend, your package may be held until the following Monday to ensure minimal time in transit.

Cooling Materials!
Shipping chocolate is tricky business. We work hard to ensure that our chocolate is delivered fresh and in good condition. To reduce the risk of melted chocolate on orders in transit to warmer climates (70 degrees and higher), we have added ice packs to your order for a $10 fee.

Shipping Alcohol
We do not ship alcohol internationally or to the following states: AL, AR, DE, IN, KS, KY, ME, NH, MD, MA, MS, MT, NJ, OK, PA, SD, TN, UT. In all other states, delivery requires signature from recipient age 21 or over.

Delivery Times for Businesses & Residences
UPS® is our preferred shipping vendor. All of our shipping vendors only deliver on business days, unless Saturday delivery is specified (where available, additional charges apply). Our shipping vendors may require a signature for delivery at the discretion of the driver. Deliveries to businesses occur between 9 am and 5 pm, and deliveries to residences occur between 9 am and 7 pm.

Local Delivery
Our Chicago, New York, Beverly Hills and Las Vegas Purple Houses can messenger your order for Same Day Delivery starting at $19.95. Restrictions may apply. For local delivery within Chicago, you can place your order online (order by noon for delivery by 5pm, by 2pm for delivery by 7pm) and select Chicago Courier as your shipping method. International Orders
To inquire about shipping to countries other than the U.S., U.K. or Canada, please call a Chocolate Concierge at 1.888.301.9866. (YUMM). *We are unable to process international credit cards.

When Will my Order Arrive?

All Orders leave our Chicago facility within 24 hours of processing, subject to inventory availability. International orders ship on Mondays and Tuesdays only. In order to ensure the best possible product, orders cannot ship over the weekend during warm weather months. Thus, Standard shipments packages may be held until the following Monday to ensure minimal time in transit.
