Shipping chocolate can be tricky but we are experts at it, so rest assured your little treasures will arrive at your door safe and sound. Please familiarize yourself with our shipping policies before you order: Standard Shipping Rates
Important Information We want your chocolates to arrive in perfect condition, Nobody likes melted chocolate. Therefore we cannot have packages in transit over the weekend. These orders may be held until the following Monday. So please do not select a Ship Date that would allow the package to be in transit over the weekend. For example, if your package is shipping Express (2 days), select a Ship Date of Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday only. Standard packages can always be shipped on Monday for arrival by Friday. UPS® is our preferred shipping vendor. All of our shipping vendors only deliver on business days, unless Saturday delivery is specified (additional charges apply). Our shipping vendors may require a signature for delivery at the discretion of the driver. Deliveries to businesses occur between 9am and 5pm and deliveries to residences occur between 9am and 7pm. To place an international order to countries other than the United Kingdom or Canada, please call a chocolate concierge at 1.888.301.9866. (YUMM)
Local Deliveries When Will my Order Arrive? Track Your Order Here with your UPS tracking number(s) All Orders leave our Chicago facility within 24 hours of processing, except International orders which ship on Mondays and Tuesdays only. In order to ensure the best possible product, orders cannot ship over the weekend so for Standard shipments, your package may be held until the following Monday to ensure minimal time in transit.
