Important Information
Getting your chocolate to you as fresh as it is the day it’s made requires that we use extreme care. During periods of warmer weather, we may upgrade your shipping to Express shipping for an additional charge and we do unfortunately have to also charge an additional handling fee of $10.00 per package to cover the cost of cooling materials.

We want your chocolates to arrive in perfect condition, Nobody likes melted chocolate. Therefore we cannot have packages in transit over the weekend. These orders may be held until the following Monday. So please do not select a Ship Date that would allow the package to be in transit over the weekend. For example, if your package is shipping Express (2 days), select a Ship Date of Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday only. Standard packages can always be shipped on Monday for arrival by Friday.

UPS® is our preferred shipping vendor. All of our shipping vendors only deliver on business days, unless Saturday delivery is specified (additional charges apply). Our shipping vendors may require a signature for delivery at the discretion of the driver. Deliveries to businesses occur between 9am and 5pm and deliveries to residences occur between 9am and 7pm.

When Will my Order Arrive?

All Orders leave our Chicago facility within 24 hours of processing, except International orders which ship on Mondays and Tuesdays only. In order to ensure the best possible product, orders cannot ship over the weekend so for Standard shipments, your package may be held until the following Monday to ensure minimal time in transit.
