The bath offers the perfect space for welcoming the day’s end and winding down into a time of sleep and slumber.
“Bathhouses were sacred ritual bathing experiences for the Greeks and Romans as far back as the sixth century B.C. This process, learned from those ancient times is still important now to incorporate into our daily lives to create a harmony between the hustle and bustle and the inner spiritual desire for reflection, release and visceral connection. Essentially, creating a ritual of the experience will raise up the experience and your Higher Vibration. One of my favorite bath time recipes is this one for Forest Slumber bath salts."
Forest Slumber Bath Salt Recipe
“Lapidolite, a “stone of transition”, assists in the release and reorganization of old behavioral and psychological patterns, gently inducing change. It brings deep emotional healing, soothing and reducing stress and depression. Lepidolite dissipates negativity and insists on being used for the highest good. It helps to take you forward into the future, tuning you in to thoughts and feelings from other lives that are creating a blockage in your life now. Soothe the etheric body with this crystal infused bathing salt.”

So the ritual begins...
Smudge the corners of the bathroom using a feather to push smoke into every corner to cleanse your space.
Draw a hot bath filling half way up with 4-8 tablespoons of the Forest Slumber bath salts depending on the size of the tub.
Ask yourself, “What is weighing on my mind and feels energetically draining in my life?”
From here, declare an intention for your bath to cleanse away unwanted energy and fill your mind and spirit with what you want to manifest.
Set the mood.
I personally love to light candles, interspersed with my favorite crystals, flowers and ambient music or chanting. Think of it as your own personal altar to pay homage to yourself. Choose the elements that inspire you to be all around, remembering this bath is meant to deeply relax and restore your body.
After soaking for 25 minutes, rinse off the bathwater with fresh warm water. Let your skin air dry and gently dab any additional water off so all those fantastic oils stay in the skin.
Repeat this ritual as often as you can to maintain the otherworldly feeling that calm and serenity brings.
