Our 45% cacao deep milk chocolate is a roasted cacao with a dense caramel profile that is achieved through the caramelization of roller dried, whole milk during the coaching process.

- 2 oz Appleton Estate Dark Rum
- 5oz Reed's Ginger Beer
- 1 lime wedge
Pour the rum over ice in a highball glass and fill with ginger beer.
