In a quaint little village nestled between rolling hills and golden fields, there lives a remarkable farmer rabbit named Colette. Each day, she hops through her orchard, checking on each bush to harvest the plump, juicy raspberries from them that glisten like rubies in the sunlight. The air around her always sweet with the scent of ripe berries, and the melodic buzzing of bees.

With baskets brimming with the day's harvest, Colette retreats to the kitchen of her cozy burrow to set to work creating the most delectable raspberry tarts the village has ever known. And now we share the parfums of them with you: deep, velvety, rich chocolate with a subtle hint of floral notes that linger on the palate married with berries that have been plucked at the peak of ripeness, bursting with a juicy, sweet, and tart essence.

    Rose Oil
    Bulgaria
Roses bloom at night. Between the Balkan and Sredna Gora mountain ranges in central Bulgaria lies the renowned Valley of Roses. 80% of the world’s finest rosewater and rose oil is sourced from this valley due to its exquisite quality and distinct aroma. The valley’s inhabitants have been distilling these coveted buds for over 300 years, meticulously refining the Rosa Damascena, Alba, and Centifolia varietals for their distinguished oils. Our rose oil hails from the family-owned Enio Bonchev Distillery, founded over 100 years ago and acknowledged worldwide for its best-in-class, organic rose oil. The family harvests the roses from mid-May to mid-June. During the month’s long process, production is continuous – 24 hours a day. They work tirelessly, picking the night-blooming buds between the cooler hours of 4 am and 10 am, when the oils are in the petals and the fragrance is most heady. Once the sun radiates its more intense heat, the essential oils retreat from the petals and into the flower’s stem, and the harvest of the day halts. Then distillation can begin; immediately upon picking the blooms they are steam-distilled and rehydrated to extract the rose’s oil and rosewater. It takes a staggering three and a half tons of roses to produce just one kilogram of rose oil.
