Taste…Pacific sea salts are cold smoked over Alderwood from the Pacific Northwest to produce dark brown crystals with a strong, smoky aroma. The granules are blended into our Super Dark 80% cacao chocolate, our most intense variety, with deep roasted vegetation, dried fruit and a touch of tart berry to its parfum. The concoction is finally kissed with the slightly bitter and heart-healthy crunch of Ghana cocoa nibs.
Living in Paris, Katrina learned the Parisian ritual of purchasing chocolate and pastry daily. We use exotic and ephemeral ingredients for all our products.
