Our proprietary chocolate is crafted specifically to support the ingredients we infuse with it to achieve a taste experience matching the storytelling. Our 72% cacao dark chocolate is one of our most intense and has a deep roasted vegetation, dried fruit and a touch of tart berry notes. Our 45% cacao deep milk chocolate is a roasted cacao with a dense caramel profile that is achieved through the caramelization of roller dried, whole milk during the coaching process.

ALDERWOOD SMOKED SALT CARAMEL MARSHIE + OLD FASHIONED
"Skewer an Alderwood Smoked Marshmallow on a gold cocktail pick and rest on the rim of your Old Fashioned. For a more savory pairing, toast the marshmallow between two crackers in the oven until slightly softened and serve." - Katrina
- 2oz Bourbon
- 3-5 dashes of Angostura Bitters
- 1/2 - 1 tsp simple syrup
- whiskey cube
- orange skin
Add 3-5 dashes of bitters to whiskey glass.
Peel off a thin layer of orange skin and add it to the glass.
With a muddler, muddle the orange peel with the bitters a few times.
Next, add a 1/2 - 1 teaspoon of simple syrup to the glass.
Place whiskey cube in the glass.
Finally, pour 2 ounces of bourbon over the ice.
Give your glass a few stirs with a spoon to properly mix.
Garnish with an Alderwood Smoked Salt Caramel Marshie on a gold cocktail pick.
