Our Sicilian blood orange caramel is crafted with a bitter orange aperitif infused with 25 aromatic herbs including wormwood bitter orange rhubarb and hyssop. Each caramel is enrobed in 62% cacao dark chocolate and adorned with hibiscus flowers.
