Macerated in alcohol for two months, the result is a deeply colored full flavored aromatic liqueur. This earthy berry spirit is blended with our 62% cacao dark chocolate into a silky smooth ganache with specialty d’Agen plums, crowned with a fat cherry and sprinkled with black currant powder.
