Introducing our Limited Edition Travel the World Through Chocolate: Italy, Piemonte edition. A passion project for the Markoff sisters, who have traveled and lived throughout Italy. The story begins in the Langhe with our prized hazelnuts, where dear friends, native to Piemonte, Italy, led us on a journey to discover the rare gems of the terroir of Italy’s best-in-class provisions. Enjoy the prizes of Piemonte with experience of our limited editions, marveling upon our love of Italy with friends and family throughout the season.

Explore the Piemonte region of Italy, home of Barolo, Barbaresco, and Nocciola (hazelnuts), as we shine light on the Tonda Gentile Trilobata variety that is grown in the Langhe, Roero and Monferrato hills.

The Nocciola Piemonte I.G.P. is a best-in-class hazelnut and it differs from the other varieties, as it contains about 70% oil, yielding a more delicate aroma. These are the hazelnuts we use exclusively at Vosges Haut-Chocolat.

These treasures are hand packed into our signature parcel boxes: A cube of Relanghe torrone: a local and traditional Piemontese sweet every family has during the holidays, roasted I.G.P. hazelnuts, La Bombalina, Nine Piece Hazelnut Bonbon collection and a guided insert book with pairings and recipes.
