Sip a bright biscuit and pineapple aromatic Champagne, letting the bubbles tickle your tongue as the flavors mingle.

Our house made burnt sugar caramel is combined with organic KOVAL™ Bourbon, which is distilled in Chicago using a corn and millet mash bill. The bourbon is tucked away in a charred new American oak barrel to age and emerges with notes of mango chutney and a whisper of vanilla. We've crowned each pairing bonbon with with a non-GMO, freeze-dried corn kernel grown by 5th generation farmers in California's Central Valley. Pair with bourbon served neat and discern how the bonbon enhances the subtle nuances in the whiskey.
