Morello Cherries
GermanyThe Black Forest is named not for the density of the forest but rather for the blackness of the soil color, prized the world over for being the most fertile soil in the world. Gathered from the mountainous Baden-Württemberg region in this ancient forest, we have sourced some of the finest cherries cultivated and refined to produce a highly aromatic bouquet of cherry and almond parfum on the palate, and the brandy made from the fermented Morello cherries of these enchanted lands.
