Preparation

Start by preheating oven to 375 degrees. In a saucepan, heat the two sticks of butter until they have melted, then pour into a mixing bowl over the brown sugar and blend. Next, add the "wet ingredients" to the bowl ad continue blending.

Add "flour mixture" to the bowl and stir until the dough appears thick and even. Add the chocolate chips to the bowl and mix thoroughly.

Once dough is consistently mixed, scoop into a 1/2 cup (3 3/4oz) tall scoops and place on a baking sheet. Chill in the refrigerator for 60 minutes.

Remove the cookies from the refrigerator and sprinkle with Maldon sea salt and place on the middle rack of the oven. Bake for a total of 14 to 15 minutes, turning half way through the bake at 7 minutes. These cookies will look natural colored, not golden brown. Let cool on the pan for 5 minutes before eating. Enjoy!

Food and Alchemy have been associated with one another since ancient times, exploring the principle of blending the elements, planets and their vibrations with food.

When combined at the right time, with the right hands and heart, food can be transformed into something other than sustenance.

As the giver or receiver of the final product, you also experience your own energetic intentions and love.

Ultimately, as a company we are in pursuit of three things. They are at the core of everything we do and through every experience we create. I wish the same three things for you: Peace, Love and Chocolate.
