Freshly picked, we immediately confit them with foraged scotch pine needles until they release their pectin and form a vibrant red gelée wafting with a faint forest-dwelling aroma. Koval Cranberry Pine Cosmo

Ingredients
1.5 oz Koval Cranberry Gin Liqueur
0.5 oz Cointreau or Raspberry liquor
1 oz cranberry
Squeeze of lime
Twist of pine

Serve in a coupe or martini glass and garnish with a pine needle branch dusted with freeze-dried raspberry powder.
