Goddess Lakshmi is a blessing symbol of good luck and a favorite of Hindu women. We at Vosges support many womens' issues and believe Goddess Lakshmi to be an inspirational symbol for our company. This beautiful goddess has four hands and is often seen sitting or standing on a full-bloomed lotus and holding a lotus bud, which represents beauty, purity and fertility. Vosges Chocolate Concierge (Multi-Channel/Customer Service Representative)
Vosges Haut-Chocolat is a small Chicago-based company specializing in high-end, luxury chocolate products. We are seeking a high-energy, experienced day-to-day, customer service staff and team leaders for both full time and part time opportunities with a proven ability to work well on a team that gives an exemplary level of service. If you are an excellent communicator on all fronts and are comfortable with engaging people, staying cool in high pressure situations and being a part of a great team, then please reach out to us. The desired candidate is a self-starter with at least 2 years of previous customer service or relevant field experience (i.e. retail or high end restaurant work). Four year degree a plus (current students welcome) and strong analytical and computer skills are required. E-mail resume and salary history to Nancy.

Responsibilities include:

• Learn all products and SKUs in Vosges catalog, develop personal tastes about which products you like best and give great customer service through genuine excitement and appreciation for the brand
• Answer calls from customers related to all order types: catalog, Internet, and Wholesale (excellent verbal skills and pronunciation abilities--many words are French!)
• Be able to use chat programs and email to communicate with customers (excellent written skills)
• Internet order processing (downloading orders from the internet--we'll show you, don’t worry!)
• Continually contribute to making Vosges staff training and development a better process and better environment
• Exceed your customer's expectations every time

Vosges Haut-Chocolat Event Producer
This position is responsible for the successful operation for the event division at Vosges Haut-Chocolat. Specific responsibilities and duties also include: prospecting, cold/warm calling, proposal writing, proposal revisions, invoicing, ordering, managing inventory, and on-site event management.
