Day 22: Peanut Butter Bonbon

Artisan peanut butter with pink Himalayan mined salt in 45% cacao deep milk chocolate, adorned with England's Maldon salt. 

Peanut butter and chocolate is a globally favored combination- for a good reason. For our Peanut Butter Bonbons, we combine delicious, natural peanut butter and our proprietary 45% dark milk chocolate, which has notes of deep toasted cacao, caramelized whole milk, and a touch of tart berry parfums. Each Bonbon is filled with creamy peanut butter, infused with pink Himalayan salt, and enrobed in rich chocolate for a velvety smooth finish, topped with a crunch of Maldon salt to bring out the beautiful peanut butter parfum.

A decadent fix for peanut butter cravings, our non-GMO peanut butter is crafted by a small, employee-owned company with equal passion for high-quality nut butter and sustainable farming practices. These organic crops take extra care, as they are grown according to strict standards that must be documented at every step. Cleaned, dried, and shelled blanched organic peanuts are dry roasted for color and flavor, then milled into a consistent paste. No stabilizers, preservatives, artificial flavors, or colors- just superior sourced peanuts, as they are meant to be. 

Thankfully, these decadent confections are a year-round staple of ours. The Bonbon is considered a favorite amongst our staff, as well as our fellow Vosges addicts. But be careful! It's relatively easy to eat an entire box in one sitting, especially when paired with the toasty crunch of a pretzel or the tart bite of dried cranberries- it's like an elevated PB&J or chocolate-covered pretzel!
