11PM CST DAILY CUT-OFF TIME

Orders placed before 11PM CST will be processed for shipping the following business day or on the ship date selected during checkout. Some exceptions apply.

General (Perishable) SHIPPING POLICY

We work hard to ensure that all our haut-chocolat is delivered in perfect condition. During order processing, we monitor temperature and transit time to ensure that all packages arrive fresh and un-melted.

FedEx® is our preferred shipping vendor and delivery days and transit times are set per their guidelines. Our primary shipping days are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. To protect the quality of your chocolate, we may hold your package for shipping until the following Monday to ensure minimal time in transit under these circumstances:

  • The package will not arrive by Friday. *Select residential locations may qualify for Ground Saturday or Sunday delivery.
  • The weather requires cooling materials. Our cooling materials will last for up to three days and cannot accommodate weekend shipping.
  • The collections in the order are highly perishable and have 14 day or lesser shelf life.

SPECIAL SHIPPING RATES

Receive Free 2-Day Express Shipping on orders $100+ or Free Ground Shipping (available in select states) on orders $50+. If placing a large order with multiple addresses through a Chocolate Concierge, free shipping will only apply on a per address basis. 

WARM weather SHIPPING POLICY

To reduce the risk of melted chocolate on orders shipping to destinations with warm weather or longer transit times, we offer 2-Day Express Shipping. Ground shipping availability varies throughout the year based on the temperatures and time in transit. All shipping boxes will include complimentary cooling materials where needed. Our ice gel packs are non-toxic and reusable.

The following states are eligible for Ground Shipping: AL, AR, CT, DE, DC, GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NE, NH, NJ, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, VT, VA, WV, WI.

Shipping rates are based on the product value of each shipping address, according to the following table during cooler months:

Shipping Days

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are our primary shipping days. Choose an appropriate day for your order to leave our warehouse based on the chart below. Some orders may be able to ship on Thursday or Friday depending on the temperature at destination and the selected ship method. Orders subject to warm weather shipping or transit time restrictions may require packages to be held for shipping until the following Monday.

    SHIPPING METHODS

    Packages shipped via Ground shipping are generally in transit for 1 to 5 business days based upon the destination and carrier volume. In select residential locations, packages shipped Ground may deliver on Saturday or Sunday. If Ground shipping isn’t available at check-out, this is because the temperatures or time in transit could cause melting or spoilage.

    Packages shipped via 2 Day Air or Overnight shipping deliver Monday through Friday only. Please refer to the Express shipping charts below for more information on when your package should arrive. If your order needs to arrive by a specific date we encourage you to choose an Express shipping method.

    DELIVERY TIMES FOR BUSINESSES & RESIDENCES

    Deliveries are made to residential locations Monday through Friday between 9am-8pm and commercial locations Monday through Friday between 9am -5pm. Select residential locations may qualify for Ground Saturday or Sunday delivery. Express 2-Day and Standard Overnight deliver on weekdays only.

    SHIPPING ALCOHOL

    We do not ship gift sets containing alcohol internationally or to the following states: AR, HI, KY, MS, PA, and UT. You must be 21 years of age or older to order, purchase or receive delivery of wine product. An adult signature (21 years or older) is required at time of delivery. Please note, gift sets with wine will arrive separately from other Vosges Haut-Chocolat items in your cart. Please allow extra lead time, approximately 2-6 days from the date of your order until shipment. Additional restrictions may apply when shipping certain alcohol collections to other domestic states.
