This deep red cocktail is named after Rudolph Valentino's 1922 bullfighter movie Blood and Sand. The Dalmore 12 year old Scotch whiskey gives this fierce cocktail a beautifully rich and full flavour that is both dazzling to the eye and the palate. Buen Prevecho!

Ingredients
1 oz The Dalmore 12 year old
1 oz cherry Heering
1 oz sweet vermouth
1 oz orange juice, freshly squeezed
cherry, garnish
Directions
Shake all ingredients with ice and pour into a coupette.
