Official Giveaway Rules

1. Sponsor
The Vosges Haut-Chocolat x The Smashing Pumpkins Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Vosges Haut-Chocolat (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the contiguous United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and immediate family members of Vosges Haut-Chocolat, its affiliates, partners, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on July 16, 2026, at 12:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) and ends on August 4, 2026, at 11:59 PM CT (“Giveaway Period”). Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
There are three ways to enter:

Purchase a Mellon Collie Sessions Chocolate Gift Set from Vosges Haut-Chocolat during the Giveaway Period or complete the email signup form available on the Giveaway landing page. Each qualifying purchase order or completed free entry form will receive one entry into the Grand Prize drawing. No purchase necessary.

Complete the email signup form during the Giveaway Period to receive one entry into the designated email giveaway drawing.

Instagram Entry:
Post a photo featuring Vosges on Instagram during the Giveaway Period, tag @VosgesChocolate, and include #VosgesChicago. Eligible entries must be public and comply with Instagram’s terms and requirements. Each qualifying Instagram post will receive one entry into the designated Instagram giveaway drawing.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted, exchanged, or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will take place on or about August 7, 2026. Winners will be contacted using the information provided at entry. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required timeframe, or is found to be ineligible, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
7. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these rules or engages in fraudulent, disruptive, or unfair conduct.
9. Publicity
By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes related to the Giveaway, unless prohibited by law.
10. Instagram Disclaimer
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram from any responsibility related to this Giveaway.
11. Partner Disclaimer
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with The Smashing Pumpkins or Madame ZuZu’s.
12. Privacy
Information collected through this Giveaway will be used in accordance with Vosges Haut-Chocolat’s privacy policy. By opting into email communications, participants agree to receive marketing communications from Vosges Haut-Chocolat and may unsubscribe at any time.
