Yield: 4, 8 oz glasses, Prep Time: 3 minutes, Cook Time: 5 minutes, Total Time: 8 minutes
1/2 cup green gooseberries, frozen (reserving some for garnish)
3 cups frozen mangoes
small finger fresh turmeric, peeled and chopped
1 1/2 dates
1 teaspoon hempseed
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 teaspoon Ashwagandha
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 teaspoon coconut oil
1 cup oat milk
Combine all ingredients in your blender and mix on high until you have a smooth, consistent texture. Garnish with a few frozen gooseberries on top.
