Cowgirl Creamery's seasonal Chimney Rock cheese speared and stacked with Polline di Finocchio, Olio d’Oliva, and Sale del Mare truffles with Castelvetrano olives.

You will need:

  • 1-2 16 piece Collezione Italiana Collection(s)
  • 1-2 round(s) of Cowgirl Creamery Chimney Rock cheese
  • Castelvetrano olives
    Cut round of Chimney Rock into 8+ equal pieces.
    Spear together Castelvetrano olives and choice of truffle.
    Stand pick with truffle and olive atop the slice of Chimney Rock.
