Sweet & Sour Cocktail
A fruit forward cocktail to enjoy at your next soirée. Garnish with our Raspberry Rose Pâte de Fruits made with fresh raspberry jelly enrobed in naturally tinted white chocolate.
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 heaping tbsp. honey
- 1 oz Gin
- 1 bottle Belvoir Elderflower & Rose Lemonade
- fresh raspberries
- Raspberry Rose Pâte de Fruits
Build the ingredients in a shaker (lemon juice, honey, and gin).
Mix with a tall spoon until the honey is dissolved.
Pour into a champagne flute. Top with Belvoir Elderflower & Rose Lemonade.
Skewer a Raspberry Rose Pâte de Fruits and raspberry onto a cocktail pick. Place pick atop champagne flute.
Yield: 1 cocktail
