The story of our Bacon and Chocolate collection begins with Katrina’s childhood memories of chocolate chip pancakes drenched in sweet maple syrup. Upon her chocolate-laden breakfast plate laid three strips of salty, thick cut bacon. As the bacon sizzled beside a syrupy-sweet pool, magic happened. The beginnings of a combination so ethereal and delicious were born that day. Hand crafted salty-sweet toffee is a timeless favorite. Or toffee begins in a large copper kettle, where sugar forms mountains of glistening crystals. As the paddle turns, an amber glaze starts to emerge. We add butter, cream, and a touch of pink Himalayan salt before enrobing every inch in 45% cacao deep milk chocolate. A final sprinkle of roasted Georgian pecans and Texan walnuts create the perfect bite of crunchy, buttery toffee.
