For the first time in the history of Vosges, we are delighted to unveil our made-to-order, handcrafted Le Château Gingerbread Haut-Chocolat Calendar of Advent. This one-of-a-kind collection brings the magic of the holiday season to life and is available only for a limited time. Made-to-order, this exquisite gift will not be available after July 24th – a truly bespoke chocolate experience.

Two years in the making, Le Château Gingerbread Haut-Chocolat Calendar of Advent is a marvel inspired by the Notre Dame cathedral. Picture a grandiose castle with a vaulted ceiling, ornate columns, candied stained glass windows, and flying buttresses. It's adorned with glitter-encrusted icing, a shimmery gumdrop roof, snowy pearls, and swirling peppermints. Nostalgic candy pieces and gingerbread characters come to life in a magical orchestra playing the Nutcracker Op. 71 Russian Dance, March of the Wooden Soldiers, and Vivaldi's Four Seasons, Violin Concerto in F Major with their peppermint pipes and candy cane flutes.

Each Le Château Gingerbread includes 25 days of chocolate surprises, a velvet Santa bag filled with special treats for the "man in red," and a Limited-Edition Vosges x Linnea and Co Soy Candle in Nordic Forest that will add to the yuletide ambiance.

A Guided Tasting of Chocolate
Our haut-chocolat is infused with a healing sound frequency to raise your vibe.

Close your eyes. Take three deep, ujjayi breaths. Listen to the space between thought and prepare your palate to experience chocolate.

Describe what you see. What is the shape, color, sheen and texture?

Run your finger against the chocolate, noticing its texture and releasing the aromatics.

Bring the chocolate to your nose. Close your eyes, cup your hand around the chocolate and inhale deeply.

Enjoy your haut-chocolat in two bites. In the first bite, you are just getting to know the haut-chocolat, and in the second, you delve deeper, searching out the aromas and nuances. You become immersed in the experience of the chocolate and the sensations. After you’ve eaten the haut-chocolat, take a breath and taste the air. The aroma should have a long, lingering finish that is layered with perfumed notes.

Celebrating deep traditions and happy rituals, this box fills hearts with treats, the spirit of giving, and pure holiday magic.

In September, true to the past, we will launch a second Advent Calendar, similar in size and price to last year's along with our Advent Refill Giftbox.

    Our proprietary chocolate is crafted specifically to support the ingredients we infuse with it to achieve a taste experience matching the storytelling. Our 62% cacao dark chocolate is one of our most intense and has a deep roasted vegetation, dried fruit and a touch of tart berry notes.

    At the heart of our mission is creating luxury chocolate collections with responsibility to the environment that sustains our earth. We have been sourcing Fair Trade or Rainforest Alliance certified cacao for over 15 years. We are powered by 100% renewable energy and abide by a green purchasing of procuring only post-consumer recycled board and biodegradable materials. Our kitchen exclusively uses Organic cream and sugar.
