Was so hoping this caramel would be what you use in the caramel marshmallow, but it wasn't the same flavor. This was more mild. Good. Definitely good. But not the great caramel I was hoping for.

The only flaw? There simply aren't enough. These jewels vanish far too quickly, leaving you in a wistful haze, already plotting your next order. If perfection came by the dozen, I’d ask for double.

I'm always looking for caramels that are just this side of burnt. The Burnt Sugar caramels are as close to what I look for as I've been able to find. The thick dark chocolate outside is high quality and the caramel inside is a thick liquid. There are multiple kind of caramels in this tube that are also high quality versions of their flavor.
