The chocolate mushroom has seen many incarnations here at Vosges. But these perfectly pink toadstools represent the season of celebration with their rainbow confetti sprinkles and berry-hued cocoa butter form.
Of course, you can enjoy them just as they are or use this treat as a topping for your favorite sugar cookie. Simply melt the mushroom atop the cookie using a kitchen torch or a few moments in the oven, and voila! A festive and elevated holiday cookie.
