Recipe Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 3 ripe raspberries
- ¼ dragon fruit
- 1 teaspoon dragon fruit powder*
- 2 oz. King St.™ Vodka
- ½ oz. dry vermouth
- Hikari truffle: Hateruma brown sugar + 5-year aged purple potato vinegar + 72% cacao dark chocolate + purple potatoes
Directions:
Muddle 3 ripe raspberries and dragon fruit, add 2 oz. King St.™ Vodka, 1/2 oz. dry vermouth and shake with ice. Garnish with a slice of dragon fruit.
