Ginger Peach Mule
Recipe Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 6 oz. King St.™ Vodka
- 3 large ripe peaches*, puréed
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 cups ginger beer soda
- Momoko truffle: white peach + bitter almond + peach eau de vie + beet-hued 36% cacao white chocolate
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a pitcher, stir and pour. Garnish with a fresh peach slice.
Tricks of the Trade:
*If your peaches are too tart add a teaspoon of sugar
