Parmesan Walnut & Fig Chocolate Bar

All of the chocolates so far have been amazing. I have ordered twice, 13 bars the first time and 7 the second, since September this year, yes I love chocolate. My absolute favorite is Mo's Bacon, OMG! The Parmesan Walnut Fig is incredible as well as the other 12 varieties I ordered. I even like the Barcelona and Im a dark chocolate guy. Ran across these at a Whole Foods on avacation in South Lake Tahoe, getting my chocolate fix and was blown away, 3 months later, 20 bars ordered online and getting ready to place another. I love sharing them as little thank yous!

This chocolate is exceptional. The flavor profile is the perfect balance of fruity, umami and sweet. Absolutely recommend to anyone wanting an over the top chocolate experience that goes beyond their expectations!

I always enjoyed the manchego & cherry but I prefer a darker chocolate. This one not only has the most perfect chocolate flavor but the depth and complexity of other ingredients. I try to savor chocolate slowly but I eat this bar too fast. It’s TOO good.

This is one of my favorites. Love the umami from the parmesan combined with the sweetness of the fig and nutty walnut. A truly inspired combination.

Very tasty. Fig and walnut flavors prominent and forward, pleasantly so. Parmesan was not notable but perhaps lends a salty balance. Would get again.

Figs are one of my favorite fruits, walnuts one of my favorite nuts, and, you guessed it, parmesan cheese is one of my favorite cheeses. Add chocolate, and each bite is a tiny taste of a miracle. Of course I love this combo!

These have the right balance oc sweet and savory.

I havent tried the chocolates myself; however I have bought quite a few for my mother. I'll say this, she says before I spoiled her with this brand, Godiva use to be her favorite. But she's worth it.

The figs give this dark chocolate confection a tasty microcrunch, enhanced by the salty explosions of the parmesan. Hard to describe: overall a smooth chocolaty experience, but with a fine particulate texture. Keyword Yummy.

The chocolate complements the flavors and the combinations perfectly!! The sweet from the fig then the Parmesan is well paired.

I gifted this bar to my brother. He told me he really enjoyed it He didn't go into a lot of detail, but, he's a pastry/dessert chef, so I know it must be good!

Right here, folks. This is where you can get the best chocolate bar on the site. You also love cheese? It's a win-win! I only wish that my local Whole Foods or fresh market carried this flavor, because paying $10 for shipping is a bit ridiculous when I only want a few bars. But oh well.
