  • 1 cup liquid — whole milk, plant-based milk, or water

Bring your liquid to a gentle boil in a small saucepan. Slowly whisk in the drinking chocolate mix until smooth and dissolved. Cover and steep for at least 5 minutes. Blend on high for 1 minute to create a luxurious froth. Pour into a demi-tasse or preferred cup and top with a truffle, madeleine, or chocolate ritual of choice.
