- ½ cup Madagascar Vanilla Lowfat Kefir
- 1 frozen banana
- 3 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 squares of Vosges Haut-Chocolat Smoked Salt Chocolate Bar
- A handful fresh mint
Add all ingredients to the pitcher of a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth, or until desired consistency is reached.
Garnish with mint leaves and broken pieces of chocolate bar if desired.
