- 6 sprigs Tarragon
- 2 cups Lemon juice, fresh-squeezed (peel off small pieces of rind and set aside before squeezing)
- 1 cup sugar
- Cherry Tarragon Pâte de Fruits
Combine the sugar with 1 cup water and 6 sprigs tarragon in a small saucepan.
Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
In a large pitcher, combine lemon juice, tarragon-sugar syrup, and 3 cups of cold water.
Fill pitcher with ice until ready to serve (add additional sprigs of Tarragon, if desired)
Skewer a Cherry Tarragon Pâte de Fruits and small lemon peel onto a cocktail pick. Pour lemonade into small glass and place pick on glass.
Yield: 6 cups
