Our sea salt and almond chocolate bar is made with deep milk chocolate that melts into the mineral and sumptuous taste of Fleur de Sel grey sea salt and roasted almonds, reminiscent of Marcona, Spain.

BREATHE
Close your eyes. Take three deep, ujjayi breaths. Listen to the space between thought and prepare your palate to experience chocolate.

SEE
Describe what you see. What is the shape, color, sheen and texture?

TOUCH
Run your finger against the chocolate, noticing its texture and releasing the aromatics.

SMELL
Bring the chocolate to your nose. Close your eyes, cup your hand around the chocolate and inhale deeply.

TASTE
Enjoy your haut-chocolat in two bites. In the first bite, you are just getting to know the haut-chocolat, and in the second, you delve deeper, searching out the aromas and nuances. You become immersed in the experience of the chocolate and the sensations. After you’ve eaten the haut-chocolat, take a breath and taste the air. The aroma should have a long, lingering finish that is layered with perfumed notes.

"The truth is, I wanted to use Marcona almonds, but the best Marcona almonds are fried and slabbed in oil. Oil and chocolate do NOT mix. So I found an alternate smoked almond and added sea salt. The smoky note sort of emulates the fried taste. Little did I know I would develop the cult following…chocolate + salt."

    Our proprietary chocolate is crafted specifically to support the ingredients we infuse with it to achieve a taste experience matching the storytelling. Our 72% cacao dark chocolate is one of our most intense and has a deep roasted vegetation, dried fruit and a touch of tart berry notes. Our 45% cacao deep milk chocolate is a roasted cacao with a dense caramel profile that is achieved through the caramelization of roller dried, whole milk during the conching process.

    At the heart of our mission is creating luxury chocolate collections with the responsibility to the environment that sustains our earth. We have been sourcing Fair Trade or Rainforest Alliance certified cacao for over 15 years. We are powered by 100% renewable energy and abide by a green purchasing of procuring only post-consumer recycled board and biodegradable materials. Our kitchen exclusively uses Organic cream and sugar.
