Our 72% cacao dark chocolate is one of our most intense and has a deep roasted vegetation, dried fruit and a touch of tart berry notes. Our 45% cacao deep milk chocolate is a roasted cacao with a dense caramel profile that is achieved through the caramelization of roller dried, whole milk during the coaching process.

We are powered by 100% renewable energy and abide by a green purchasing of procuring only post consumer recycled board and biodegradable materials. Taste…The careful conching of our 45% cacao dark milk chocolate results in a deep caramelization of the milk powder and more intense cacao notes, yielding a darker milk chocolate taste. This taste profile complements the "sweet milk" aroma of the bar's dulce de leche-style caramel filling. The cooked whole milk caramel components are juxtaposed against the salinity of Celtic sea salt, harvested from evaporated, briny salt ponds off the Atlantic Ocean
DULCE DE LECHE ICE CREAM SANDWICH
- 2 sticks butter, softened
- 1 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla · 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 9 oz chopped Dulce de Leche Chocolate Bar (3 chocolate bars)
Preheat oven to 350º.
Beat butter and brown sugar together until well-combined and fluffy.
Add vanilla, eggs, baking soda, salt, and flour. Mix until combined. Add chocolate and combine until distributed evenly in the dough.
Scoop dough into 1-inch balls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 12 minutes for gooey cookies, 15-17 for crispy cookies. Let cookies completely cool. Scoop your favorite ice cream and sandwich in-between two cookies.
