Each Vosges Haut-Chocolat collection is packed fresh on your day of shipment. Truffle collections are shipped from frozen, then thaw while in transit, and are perfectly safe to refreeze upon arrival. A How to Care Card and enjoy your haut-chocolat at peak perfection is included in each shipment with details on your collection. Please rest assured that once thawed, chocolates will be fresh for up to 7 days before needing to be placed in the freezer.

I wasn’t sure what to expect with olive oil in chocolate, but these High-Phenolic Olive Oil and Dark Chocolate Vegan Truffles were honestly amazing. The dark chocolate is rich and not too sweet, and the olive oil makes the texture really smooth and creamy. They feel indulgent but still light enough to enjoy without feeling heavy. Born into comfort, she could have taken the easy path. Instead, she worked harder than most—studying at Le Cordon Bleu, apprenticing under Ferran Adrià in Spain, and traveling the world from Asia to South America in search of authentic, soulful flavors. She built Vosges with her own sweat and vision, not by inheritance, and transformed chocolate into a true cultural bridge. She chose a very honorable life to live with chocolate.
